Ceremony
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so please arrive by 3:30 PM to be seated in time. We’re honoured to have a special reading from Sedra and a blessing from Lakhan as part of our celebration.

Reception
Following the ceremony, the reception will begin at 5:00 PM, featuring drinks, music, and a delicious buffet of Indian and English favourites. Throughout the evening, we’ll share laughter, memories, and beautiful stories from Joanne, Pati, and Claire.
We'll be wrapping up the celebrations by 10:00 PM, with full hearts and happy feet.

OUR LOVE STORY
How we met
Sunny - It all started in April 2023 on Bumble. I was swiping through profiles when I came across Bernie’s. As I looked at his picture, something inside me just knew - I said 'I'm going to marry him'
I have no idea where that thought came from, but it was so clear. So, without hesitation, I sent him a message - something positive, sarcastic, and very me.
We messaged back and forth for a few days before finally meeting up. Within a week, we had already planned a trip to Carlisle and Edinburgh, and that’s where that picture was taken - on the way to what would be the trip that sealed the deal.

The proposal
I secretly messaged Bernie’s cousin, who was hosting us for the first time, and asked if I could pull off the proposal at her house as a surprise. She was instantly on board. To make it even better, I brought in Bernie’s best friend, Sedra, along with his cousin JoJo, her husband, and their kids.
With the scene set, I went all out—I ordered a stunning champagne and truffle set from Fortnum & Mason and had the perfect engagement ring ready to go.
When the big moment arrived, we got to his cousin’s house, and while Bernie was distracted, I got down on one knee. The second he walked in, there I was—grinning up at him, ring in hand, and asking the most important question of my life.
And just like that… he said yes! 💍💖
Fast forward to
Fast forward from that first message, and here we are - building not just a life, but a legacy together. In just a short time, we've set up three businesses, created a home that is truly our sanctuary, and surrounded ourselves with the most incredible friends and family.
From our beautiful Bailey to unforgettable events, parties, and moments shared, we've built something special. More than just a couple, we are a powerhouse - deeply rooted in our community, growing stronger together every day.
Some call it fate. We call it us.
